Terms and conditions
Dolphins Beach House requires an advance deposit equal to the cost of 1 night's accommodation to reserve a bed or a room. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Payments may be made over the phone or in person.
All or part of your deposit may be forfeited if cancellation requirements are not met.
We require at least 24 hours notice if you want to cancel your reservation. If your bed or room is not claimed or cancelled in time, you will be billed for the cost of 1 night's stay.
Our $2.00 charge for linen is non-refundable.
A $10.00 deposit is required for your room key on arrival. The deposit will be refunded when the key is returned at check-out.
We don't charge for the use of cutlery or crockery, but all guests are expected to keep their kitchen area clean. If the kitchen area is not left clean at check out, departing guests will be charged an extra cleaning fee.
